When I first came to Brooksource, I had just graduated with my Master's degree, and realized it was not what i wanted in a career. So when I started to interview for jobs, I realized Brooksource stood out unlike the others. One of the defining differences was the training model. Brooksource provides tailored training to all new employees their first week on the job, and continued education in the field. The resources we are provided with allows us to reach out to anyone in the company for advice, support, and mentoring. I have now gone through three corporate training events that have provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in the field. From the one on one role plays, to presentations from the top Account Executive reps and recruiters, upper management, and directors, Brooksource ensures a seamless knowledge transfer and continued education and growth.
