Pros

Really great culture, team always will encourage you to meet and exceed deadlines and expectations. There is a work hard play hard culture, meaning there are fun events planned, but not before putting in extra hours in the office and getting the job done. Company is very transparent and open with each other, no matter the level of the employee. The founders know everyone by name and are open for communication no matter what. Salary plus uncapped commission. Team players who help each other out while also achieving personal goals. Promotion plans are put into place and everything is public knowledge.

Staffing is a hard industry and there are times when it will get very intense/more hours need to be put in.

Pros

This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.

Kontras

The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years. Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
