1. Leaders have big goals but have made little progress moving into and through the changes which they espouse 2. Their go-to-market (sales and marketing) execution is weak and flawed, mostly characterized by adding new senior leaders but without needed organizational changes and culture improvements 3. Huge emphasis on frugality and purchasing slows people from being able to do activities that enable the market gains needed to execute on the vision - many employees believe this is because the company is actually being set up to be acquired 4. Leadership team is mostly comprised of people from smaller companies with no industry reputation - therefore they are not very influential and lack the ability to "change the industry" (their claimed goal)
