Pros
Decent salary and benefits if you don't factor in the forced overtime. Nice new campus but engineering cubes are tiny (6x6 feet) with half-height walls and no privacy. Close to shopping & restaurants.
Kontras
Inept, nepotistic managers. They hire their relatives, friends, people they went to school with and give them the best jobs, lion share of promotions/salary increases and bonuses. Hard work gets you nowhere. Mgmt is very secretive. You will be the last to know when anything changes. Mgrs spin a story about inclusiveness but it's all lies. Corporate part of the company is bloated and overcompensated. There are literally directors/sr. directors with just one person reporting into them. Legacy of Greg Reyes stock option scandal still haunts the company. Company is in decline. Many good engineers are leaving.
