Horrible place to work - CSP - Client Service Professional bei Broadstep Behavioral Health: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Ive been a case worker for years, Broadstep was the worst place I've ever worked for. The management is unprofessional, rude, clicky, abuse their power and have negative attitudes. The workplace in west allis is very toxic. This position requires more Master level creditials than necessary for entry level work. Caseload has difficult clients and they promise you a small caseload but you end up with alot more because they cant keep staff. When you burnout, there is no sincere support from management only criticism. No PTO or sick time for 6 months! If you are a person with professional intrigity do yourself a favor and stay away from this position.
