Pros

one person can do a lot of technical things. Salary is good. Stock reward was pretty good (but getting much less year by year). if you're in good team with good manager, a best place. If you're in a bad team or work for a dirt-hearted manager, change the job if possible.

Kontras

performance review and promotion is so unfair, things are in black box, this is purely depending on the managers who are trustable or not. more and more politics are being added to slow down the growth.
