Pros
I was made redundant so can't comment with a lot of detail on Broadcom. I've heard the stock aspect of compensation is good. Very few HR roles and no recruitment. This might be positive for those wanting a broad scope to their role and to work autonomously.
Kontras
Very basic compensation/benefits approach. Lean structure so lack of team/resourcing support. Does not have employee centric values/culture
