RTO policy seems designed to get people to quit so that they don’t have to pay you severance. HR is a joke, was told to email the CEO with my concern since it “wasn’t an HR problem”. CEO can clearly make tons of money for shareholders but is past his best-by date and his judgement is clearly deteriorating with recent acquisitions. Company is overall run like a financial firm and treats tech workers like indentured servants.
