Pros

Nothing that I can think of especially after the recent M&A news. Get in only if want to enroll yourself for modern day slavery.

Kontras

Avago is going to screw up whatever little good culture that is left in Broadcom. Reduced overall compensation over the last few years. Management was successful in cutting down the benefits like RSUs, bonus etc. No corporate wide bonus policy. Left to discretion of manager/director. Zero transparency. Managers are more like dummy guys. Strings completely pulled by directors. Directors think of themselves as super humans flying in the air and act as if they are paying salary out of their pockets.
