As managers and directors have there people who are loyal. hence seniors can talk any in-human with you. Known few experiences of senior people talking like junior person is not even a human being. 3. No value for the work you are doing. It is just expected. you will be rated to know you needs lot of changes. 4. You will have to bootlick to get better work. else keep doing maintenance work.
