Pros
BroadPoint is a good place to work. The company is growing regularly year over year. There is enough work to stay consistently busy but, apart from some spikes, doesn't drive Staff to burn out. BroadPoint is a Microsoft Partner and so the capabilities and technologies required for the job are interesting and relevant. And this makes it a solid place to gain and grow skills that are competitive in the job market. The customers are good to work with as a rule and genuinely appreciative of the hard work that we do to support them which is very important to me.
Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with on a day to day basis -- friendly, committed, highly skilled and able to work well as a team.
The management team is supportive and exercises good leadership. Like most companies at a growth stage, the managers are focused on getting the best people on board and to make clients happy with the services delivered. Based on the staff and sales, I'd say they are doing a good job.
Kontras
Typical of a consulting company, the challenge is to stay organized while growing. Bit of a trade off there but at least everyone is honest about it and everyone works hard to improve.
