Pros

Independently work, minimal supervision, great supervisors (Clermont Office), 3 day work week. Discounted cable services

Kontras

No raises ever,Long Days, Mangagement sell you on a false job description. They make you sell you on "you'll make good bonus on commission for picking up equipment" after completing the disco route, you'll try to collect payments (tag route) on unpaid accounts. I was told I'd tag approx 15-20 homes, then we'd receive a equipment collection route (box route). I worked hard for this company and in 15months I might of received a box route once every month. Say they are family minded company, which I've come to understand isn't true. They only value profit. Based upon my personal dealing. I was a one of the best techs at our office, I offered them to stay if we'd come to an understanding that I could be back at the office by 7pm ( I wanted to spend time with my family each night) and that I would receive a box route once a week after my disco route was complete. This was declined by management. Positive reviews are never kept just negative ones. Unless you absolutely need a job, I'd look elsewhere, or at the very lest be looking elsewhere while you work here.

Pros

lots of hours and late nights but if you are an adrenaline junkie and like making lots of commission and meeting lots of people this is great job . if you are lame and 8-5 lunchbox Billy type this is not the job for you .

Kontras

you work a lot of Saturdays so if you love NCAA College Football you get to miss a lot of games but it is really flexible so can not really call it a con .

Pros

Discount on cable through brighthouse networks

Kontras

During my employment I was expected to work at least 60 hours plus a week. My average check was around $500 and I had to use my own vehicle and pay for my own gas. I computed my average wages and it came out to around five bucks and hour most weeks. Company advertises that average techs make $1200 a week (yeah right) This company is a subcontractor for Brighthouse Networks. You started your day early, and had "time frames" that you had to keep. If you missed a time frame the company backcharged you. Often it was not humanly possible to meet these appointments puntually. You are asked to do dangerous things, such as climb poles after dark on front and back lot lines. Workweek was M-Sat. You had to return to the office daily to turn in equipment after your route was finished. Often you would have to wait to check in equipment and couldn't leave to go home until very late (9-10pm). You are required to turn in a break time that you are not paid for, but you never had time to take a break. Company "retains" money from every check for security on a laptop, and promises to return the money should you ever leave or get fired. When you do leave, they come up with several convenient backcharges to effectively steal the money from you. I cannot say enough bad things about working here. If you are considering this company, run. Run the other way.
