Pros

Remote Work Great Customers for the most part. Even when they're frustrated with the product - they just want to get to a solution and offer as much as they can to get to that. Flexible Time and scheudules if you work with your team mates for coverage

Kontras

* Low pay for the amount of expectation of a CSM * Manager of CSM and Director were definitely on a path of them and them alone - would not listen to CSM suggestions to make the work better * Lack of training * Lack of money FOR training * Lack of upward movement (at least for me, since I was laid off faster than I was hired)
