Beaten down - Residential Care Giver bei BrightSpring Health Services: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I got assaulted by a resident on one day and had to wait till my shift was over to go see a rescare doctor. I was sent back the next day and was assaulted again. I didn't get cleared to go see a doctor then. I heard people asking what I done. If I didn't need this job I would be down the road. I won't go back to that house again. I will lose hours but at least not be assaulted. ResCare doesn't seem to care too much about how I am.
