This was the best paying direct support position I found in the cities. There were always hours for over time too. I only left because I moved out of state.

Good pay and that is how they get people in. They have extremely low retention especially for management.

Terrible, unethical upper management specifically the CEO. Lots of finger pointing. Very toxic management team.
