Immature coworkers who are outwardly unlrofessional, making strange loud animal sounds, belching loudly or even next to me, scowling at me, laughing and whispering about me to eachother, giving me the middle finger, embarrasing me in front of reaidents or prospects, ignoring me, micromanaging, interrupting me with a prospect or trying to take over my conversation with prospect. Taking credit for my lease. Overloading me with work they didn't complete. Lack of training and very poor morale. I dreaded going to work each day and generally feared them.
