Bridge Brother is a very nice and welcoming work place. The supervisor,foreman and our QC lady as well as every other employee are easy to go to with questions. Bridge Brothers is like a family business,everyone just connects

Brifdge is still growing,with it being a newer company. Which isnt a con by no means,seeingt he growth its made is good.

The product was cool and could be used/seen in surrounding parks.

There is poor leadership in the company. The cross departmental collaboration was terrible because there was no central leadership to help navigate the issues. This led to a lot of impasses and inefficiencies for everyone. Especially engineering/design and production. The owner, who assumes the role of CEO, goes on multi week vacations and then pops in with a fury like I've never seen before. He gets mad about all the inefficiencies and issues and pits departments against each other. He consistently called out team members publicly and humiliated them in meetings. This made for a very toxic culture. The owner rolled out a new initiative what felt like monthly or weekly Just as you thought you understood something, he would change the policy or process. I was salaried, but was expected to work 12 hours a day and even on weekends. I've had many jobs, but this one is hands down the worst I've ever had. Sales will sell things that have never been done and when those things come through the shop there are no process to deal with them.
