Pros
The company has an amazing culture: Very transparent, they put everything on the table and willing to support their employees and do everything so they will succeed in their mission. There is a lot of room to bring new ideas, and initiatives. The management is attentive to the employees' suggestions and the overall atmosphere is great! Many of the employees stay here for more than 4 years and it says it all.
The company's office is based in downtown Haifa so there's plenty of places to eat, and it's close to the train station.
