However the biggest pro (professionally) may be the opportunity for growth. As a company that is quickly expanding, you will be given the opportunity to grow professionally at external conferences and also with additional responsibilities within the company. This leads into personal and professional advancements that take several years in a more corporate entity.
Kontras
The cons are very similar to other remote jobs and companies. You will be working from home so you will be expected to manage your professional schedule (won't be micro managed) and also your personal bandwidth (against overworking/ burnout). Ultimately, if you focus on block scheduling your time to work + your time to *not* work, you will be fine. I'd also recommend diving into recommended strategies on working from home online before starting as well.
