Everything was great in the beginning when I got hired, even though I wasn't told my wage ($8/hr)until I asked after my first training day. Which by the way, the employees have to train new employees with no additional pay. After the previous owner sold, the new owner was basically incompetent. I ran ever station there from mixer, bench, to baker. All overnight positions. The whole dynamic changed. The new owner was more focused on opening her other two (failed) Breadsmith's. No loyalty and always questions. All the seasoned coworkers that were actually good left the job. There was no more job security. My advice is to make sure what location you go to, do your research about the owner first.
