It's because they undercut you, make you feel worthless, belittle you, etc. Leaders try to make an example out of you if you make a single move they did not authorize even if you did it in the interest of the business. there is very little diversity in their leadership. Most supervisors from the call center up through corporate are non-diverse. They talk a big game but it's entirely talking. Show me where its actually reflected through representation.
