People are initially good during interview & first few days of joining. HR is somewhat good & helpful until you are their employee. Salary is good. Benefits are good.

Kontras

Management is like sweet politician. They just talk & present idea initially like we will do this for you & do that for you, which practically never happens. Small company. No growth. No good projects. They do not know how to assign project & work to a particular employee based on their skill sets. There are no documentation & process which will help you understand the project & requirements. The project managers just leave you alone. They are never available for you. They do not know how to evaluate one's performance. They do not give a proper handover of the project to a new joinee. The new person does not even know the project properly & is handed over a difficult task from day 1 with no help. Senior team members are rude, never ready to help you & show to your manager that you don't know anything & not fit for the position. Manager themselves will never review your written codes , nothing & rather relies on some senior resource to review it & trusts their words only. They evaluate your performace based on other senior people's words. Bravepoint terminates people as when they like wihout prior notice, without giving you a chance to explain, without asking you were you able to get enough help, were you left all alone with no help. They don't feel that is important to talk to the employee before terminating. There are no documentations for the projects, no proper training.
