HR team needs to be changed If you are a bachelor men or any women and don't have car, then the office hours and the time to prep for office will consume 14-16hrs a day Lot of politics. Only if you are visible to management they will recognize your work or even hear your voice. HR's usually don't even respond to your calls or mails if you are not a manager in the office. most people who work in HR team behave like school kids and they don't know what they are doing. All the time you have to educate them or do multiple follow-ups so that they can learn something about the company, policies or labor law. And seriously why do you have "Private" written on one of the restrooms where you have multinationals and most of them are women employees??? You don't trust your employees and hold our passports. Then how do the company can expect the employees to trust you people with such an irresponsible HR team and policies??? Don't expect anything about their transportation service. You will be boarding the bus full of people with not enough seats for all even during covid times. Advice to new joiners: Unless you are joining the company as a manager or from philippines or you report directly to c-level, the time and effort you put for this company is not even worth it for the salary they pay and the exposure you get. We are humans and expected to be treated with humanity and hear our voices.
