- We are paid 125% lower than the average salary for same positions at other companies - Chopped our pay down to 60% than to 90%. Never got that money back. - Used to get bonuses. I checked my paystubs from 4 years ago and I am making almost the exact same money I was then in take home pay. With inflation and cost of living, we have all been given pay cuts the last few years - They fired a several employees and outsourced that work to India. Seems like in the next 5 years, this whole company will be run out of India. - Healthcare is expensive. PPO for individual is same amount for family coverage at other companies. - Cannot raise a family on brandmuscle salary
