Joined this company when it really had the amazing people! The work ethic was positive, collaboration was encouraged, it was a culture of learn and shine and leadership was invested in the employees.
Kontras
That changed gradually post pandemic and the folks who got hired lacked professionalism. From a driven and growth focussed tech culture, it turned into a toxic factory of mismanaged priorities, lack of ownership, lack of accountability and leaders who just didnt care enough. It was sad to see the change!
