The culture at BMT is a very supportive one, you are expected to work hard here but you are given all the tools needed to be successful. The people honestly are really great and like anything the more you put into the job the more you will get out of it. The products the company offers are valued very highly by many in the medical field, and once you understand the ins and outs of the products you will enjoy talking to existing and prospective clients about them. The management team work hard to involve the wider team in the direction of the business, but you must be realistic that ultimately most key decisions will be taken from the top. The business has worked hard in recent years to provide development opportunities for the team at large and I know I’ve been super appreciative of their efforts from a personal and a professional standpoint.

If you work at BMT then you will be expected to put in the necessary time and effort to familiarize yourself thoroughly with the products. If you don’t have any interest in doing that, then this isn’t a good fit for you. **I want to state clearly for any trolls out there that absolutely no one asked me to write this review.
