I worked at Brain Balance for several years, and one of the most meaningful parts of the experience was being able to see changes in the kids over time. It was incredibly rewarding to watch children gain confidence and improve in areas like focus, behavior, and communication. Now working as a therapist, I can appreciate even more how important that kind of progress is and how meaningful it was to be part of that process early on. Being there long enough to see those changes unfold made a lasting impression on me. The work can be fast-paced, but it is very structured and purpose-driven. It was especially encouraging to see how the progress kids made carried over into school and home life.
