Pros

Used to be a place of growth, fun perks like early release in the summers. quartlerly bonuses, etc. Almost all of the "pros" are gone from this company

Kontras

Layoffs, absolutely no career path , micromanaging ,no culture at all. It doesn't feel like you work at a company with a unique culture or values. You just log in and complete 8 hours of a dead end job.
