Really easy sales process no skill involved, great team and people to work with

Low paying , no incentives, no president club, hand holding, can not do anything without manager approval, managers have bad reputation making people not want to move up, reps rewarded for bad sales, no real guidance Goalposts move constantly, put up or shut up mentality
