Botpress focuses a lot on culture, so even if the people come and go, you're sure to always be surrounded by some amazing colleagues who are supportive and inspiring. If you're ambitious and looking to grow, this is also a great place because you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a lot of different projects. You'll be encouraged to grow and take on more responsibilities earlier than in bigger organizations. Leadership is also maturing a lot as the company grows, there are very clear signs of them stepping up recently and working on creating the structure needed for the team to strive as it moves to a more mature stage.
