Pros

Toxicity in the workplace (mostly virtual) is minimized because most of the employees are approachable, respectful, and trust worthy. Everyone is generally very welcoming of new employees coming from the outside and are very open to the new learnings and potential contributions of newly-hired leaders.

Kontras

Some individuals from top management either over-complicate situations that are supposed to be simple, and, at the same time, become too simplistic or too generalized when dealing with complex matters. They have the tendency to nitpick and fault find when things are going well, and then suddenly become too theory-based and broad when challenges and obstacles arise. This kind of leadership leaves employees confused and on edge because they are unsure as to which direction needs to be followed. There are some leaders who are walking contradictions and love to grandstand just to prove credibility and seniority.

Fast hiring process and that’s it

Kontras

They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
