Love the people on my team

Leadership team is clueless. They treat people as robots and disposable. Will praise you on public company communications then gas you on the back end.

Good pay, people, inbound flow, and culture

Kontras

Random assignment of inbound leads leaves some AEs starving, highly competitive market (with many competitors having an edge with pricing), and slow moving with product enhancements / roadmap items. No enterprise readiness but it was an initiative.
