Creativity and innovation is not rewarded. No room for upward mobility. Don’t expect any promotions or raises, they don’t do that
Questionable moves on leadership part, they’re still learning the space and don’t want to defer to their employees who understand it
Not much cross functional support unless leadership prioritizes it

Yes there was a time when this company was an exciting startup - 2 years ago, but since then due to reasons both out of their control and self inflicted the company has been on a decline. Much of the top talent has left for greener pastures over the years as nobody wants to be on a sinking ship
Yes they do police your time, (check previous reviews), so if you’re not responsive when they check in on you, you better have a concrete reason (with proof) even if you’re fully productive and handle all your tasks
Innovation and creativity were once recognized, but the company is now run as an old school corporation where employees are expected to simply do as they’re told and fill a role
Some members of the leadership team are petty, and if you cross paths with them (disagree) you will get the boot
