They will never, ever pay you the industry rates. They can use all the newly-graduated kids to keep the pay low. If you complain about something (like a horrendously botched sexual harassment meeting), they don't take your concerns seriously If you're caught complaining to your coworkers over these things, you'll be punished. It may be a nice play to get some experience. Don't stay longer than a few years. Get in, get experience, get out, and find somewhere to get paid.
