One project per person, life-work balance, no over time, we're all part of the process collectively, very collaborative, flexible, autonomy, spending time after work, movie nights, D&D, sewing club etc

Because its so fun - you dont want to miss out on things (fomo), the flat structure can be a hard adjustment as you dont have a manager to work with so you can feel a little lost at times but there is always someone there to help give you some structure.
