- 100% remote with regular meetups (day off work!) - no forced in-person office building contact if you worry about covid - training + health + office budget - very personable team - freedom to explore what development means most to you - helping Support team is incredibly gratifying - great environment policy that is actively pushed and promoted internally - team value is highly recognised (I was given a raise when I didn't expect one)

- no product manager (yet) - minus points in DEI just because of current team makeup (majority white; all-men dev; majority women customer-facing) and there aren't any active pushes in DEI yet – however, I don't think activity in this area would be held back or demonised
