This would be none other the TOXIC CTO who Puts our work life balance at a toss , humiliate us in front of everyone, he bring a culture of toxic work culture, where he is not cared about employees and finds every single opportunity to put them down or fire them. He never understood the pulse of company which make bookmyshow different from other company in the market. He brings american work culture where falling sick is also not allowed . Working on weekend , he will ping all the managers and leads and they in turn will ping us as the CTO is never satisfied and feels everyone is wasting time. According to CTO we should keep working and forget about our life. CTO drives a culture of fear, where everyone says "yes sir, yes sir" this culture need to be stopped and a culture of respect should be put across. A culture where even an SDE - I should be respected. The CTO also thinks everyone on the floor does not know anything and he is the only god. I only wish I could go and speak to management , but no one listens . HR will not do anything about this.
