Its more important to the leadership in the company that people are helped than that money is made, which (ironically) makes them more money and creates a company culture that is a pleasure to work in. Bookbyte is the best company I've ever worked for, but there is frequently a "hurry up and wait" approach to things, and the higher-ups can be a bit resistant to change.
