Health Benefits are decent. Low premiums. Largely a 5 day a week operation with some OT on Saturdays. People at Middle Mgr. level and below are very nice. Standard Manufacturing company; nothing special.

Micromanagement. Culture can be rude and condescending. Pay is not up to industry; extremely low. You trade the convenience of living in a rural area for poor compensation. Use threats of firing to coerce people. So people are always working in fear afraid to try new things.
