In addition to the other reviews about low pay, nepotism, & no room for advancement, managers don't have a clue and most are managers because of tenure instead of skill. Managers can get anyway with anything, including retaliation if reported to HR. Several people are mysteriously no longer with the company after reporting their manager to HR. That managers dept has high turnover but the manager gets to stay because of tenure. This causes tension because people don't feel comfortable speaking up for fear of losing thor job. Several are currently looking for another job. It didn't use to be this bad & started going downhill when the COO left several years ago. Once she left almost everything they implemented was undone, including the most toxic manager, who had been demoted, was promoted back to management in a different dept, & that dept has had very high ever since. Very unfortunate.
