Pros
My first year in working in this company was a generally good experience before I found out what issues there were under the surface. Most people were nice, the benefits were good, company events and you got to travel from time to time.
Kontras
I got hit with one of the several rounds of layoffs as an employee that had longer tenure than others. They blamed it on “performance issues” when I had not been assigned to a project in over a month. This was a clear case of mismanagement with too many employees hired on too quickly. I once felt valued here and realized I was just another number. In addition, the pros they advertised like good benefits and company culture hid the fact that they severely underpay their employees, and have a clear case of favoritism.
