Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry.
