The company also will pay for any degree you want to get and you don't have to pay a single dime. Also, we have a super strong union (SPEEA) that protects your job more than any other union I have heard about in the world.

Work at Boeing can be very demanding at times and for people who have kids and a family this can be very stressful. The company also really needs engineers who are flexible so if you are an engineer who only limit themselves to one field then you may not be happy here.
