Pros
Great company to work for, they are very focused on customer loyalty. The culture is good, and I think it is only going to get better over time.

I think right now they are going through some growing pains. It would be nice to see a few less of the bells and whistles around the office and a little more on the old paycheck. it seems at times that we're more focused on image than we are taking care of the people that do the actual work.
