LCPO creates more work for salary employees as hourly employees are sent home to drive down Labor Cost Per Order. Supervisors and managers are all on salary and forced to carry the work load to drive down LCPO. Hourly employees that are expecting 40 hours a week are constantly asked to leave early to help drive down LCPO which leaves managers and supervisors to do the work.
