In the beginning it was great. The perks, the passes, all of it. Really felt like a family. I enjoyed coming to work. But then...

This place turned into a revolving door. People get hired and are immediately fired for “financial reasons” or they quit because they realize it’s a sham. Good employees are forced to seek employment elsewhere after years of service because management has been handed over to a bunch a immature children pretending to be adults. LITERALLY NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Employees who go above and beyond are treated like they don’t do enough so more and more responsibility is thrown at them, but guess what doesn’t increase??? Your pay, thanks to these ridiculous “pay bands” they created. “Management” has no idea how to speak to employees. They sit around and gossip and make inappropriate comments while everyone else cleans up the messes they leave behind. Let’s not forget to mention that if you’re not directly related to the owner or married/dating someone who is YOU’RE GOING NOWHERE in this company no matter how hard you work. Last but not least, they send out emails BEGGING for employees to come here and leave good reviews, but let’s be honest. If you were as a great of a company as you want people to believe, you wouldn’t need to ask. I’m giving you 2 stars because you started out strong, but you haven’t kept up your end of the bargain.

It was sad that this posting occurred on the following day of a review session that was held with an employee regarding their performance. It was the 3rd quarterly discussion on this topic with this team member in which we were attempting to help them meet our goals of Fit and Performance. A few weeks later we went separate ways. As for pay bands - this is a common approach that allows us to show our team the commitment we have to making sure we are at market for every position in our company. We take compensation seriously as a key driver of employee satisfaction -- and we share with everyone how we get to their pay. I wish this person the best in their pursuits. And I agree with many of the other reviews for our company which are "Ignore the comments in the bad reviews. You’re doing a great job and 95% of the employees are happy." Sincerely - Patrick. Pros

I enjoyed the autonomy and network available through the employer. I enjoyed the resources provided to make practicing functional medicine easier and seamless.

Kontras

There was some pressure to order labs through the company to offset costs of maintaining marketing, etc.
