need some improvement - Volunteer bei Boca Raton Public Library: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Along working as volunteer, I met amazing people and others less desire. I was witness, rudeness and not self respect toward patrons(not a secret,if you've been in Downtown or Spanish Blvd library.. Don't appreciate volunteer's work,just remind us once a while,how our work is important for them( They recite always the same sentence like a play in Shakespeare) , you can tell they do not mean it.
