We will definitely look into various other aspects highlighted in the feedback. We have always strived to technically enable our teams and equip them on any new technology. During any role transitions or newly assigned responsibilities we work closely with the employees. This requires both the employee and the manager to work very closely for a successful outcome. Salary hikes are based on employee performance and there are very clear parameters communicated to employees for their career and salary growth. Our internal project management processes are very well defined, and we expect employees to take ownership and execute these processes with least supervision. Bluepineapple team culture has no room for any biases, and we never compromise on employee interests. We have a very flat hierarchy, and the entire senior management team is highly approachable. We have supported employees during their health and personal crisis and have gone out of the way to retain them despite their inability to be available for projects for long durations. Such decisions are taken unanimously in employee interest irrespective of their levels or role in the organization.
