The company is improving its internal training with new courses becoming available as it grows. Lovely premises and team spirit within departments.
Kontras
The average age of the workforce is young. This means some can forget they are at work and not at home with their parents to clean up for them! If you are not someone to actively speak out for things you want, you may struggle to progress. If you’re happy with whatever you get hired on/as though, then that’s not a problem, it just probably won’t change.
