1)Will offer what it takes to get you to sign on the dotted line and promptly forget thereafter 2)Their 'permanent' job offer is a joke: people get laid off anywhere from 1 week of start of job to 1 year due to 'lack of funds' without any qualms or warning 3)Gross mismanagement and lack of planning by management who plead helplessness and blame investors with absolutely no sense of responsibility or ethical business behavior on their part 4)Insecurity and information hoarding 5)On its way to being defunct
